Romar are pleased to announce receiving an order for its new Packer Management System (PMS) from Pride International Inc. The order will be supplied to the Semi Submersible “Pride South Pacific” which is currently located in Angola and is operating for Esso. This follows the initial orders and interest from Transocean for several PMS units in various locations around the world.
The PMS system is the latest innovation developed by Romar and is designed to prevent mud spills from Slips Joint and Overshot Packers.
