Meet ROMAR Operations Supervisor, Andy Yates.

Responsible for supporting customers across the UKCS and Europe, Andy is an essential member of our operations team. First joining ROMAR as a coordinator in 2015, Andy has recently been promoted to Operations Supervisor and supports our team to deliver projects efficiently, safely and to an exceptional standard.

Andy is a key touchpoint for both the ROMAR team and our international customers. Ensuring our clients enjoy a positive experience is Andy’s top priority. Alongside our Operations Manager, Andy is always on hand to provide a quality service from initial enquiry to project completion.

Commenting on his role, Andy said: “I thoroughly enjoy my role, and I’m thankful for the opportunities I’ve been given since joining ROMAR. Six years on, it still strikes me how supportive and knowledgeable my colleagues are. When I was first offered the role with ROMAR, I was actually in Schiphol airport en route to job hunt in Dubai! I never look back with regret, and I’ve learnt so much from my peers over the years. As ROMAR continues to grow, I look forward to seeing what the future holds.”
