In 2002 ROMAR® introduced the MAGNOGRID® Ditch Magnet System.

An innovative bit of kit, the MAGNOGRID® system placed a grid of permanent magnet rods across the full depth and width of a flow channel to recover metallic debris created during milling operations. This system was considerably more effective than the previously applied bar magnets due to its quick and easy application and ability to improve operational efficiency.
